I want use my own IRC Server and for everyone who not want use an IRC Client should able to access them via my Website.
The must work "offline" with mean without any internet on a local Site. There are some Gateways in the Internet who I wont use.

Sry I am in a huge Stress right now...
Is there an Plugin who allow me to have an connector for an Homepage to allow People to Chat without an external IRC Client?
Sure it must work "offline" Because the Internet Connection is not that Stable.
