Thank you so much Syzop! I moved it to /var/www/html and now it works

I tried it but no luck. im not sure why. the webpanel files are indeed in that location.
ls -l output:
drwxrwxrwx 24 http http 4096 Nov 29 18:59 unrealircd-webpanel.

Sorry about that. Im using Arch and nginx. Do you need to see any configuration files?

Im stuck on installing the webpanel. When i visit the unrealircd-webpanel/index.php i get redirected to unrealircd-webpanel/settings/install.php where im told to fix a permission issue.
"The admin panel needs to be able to write the config file.
Please run: sudo chown http /usr/share/nginx/html ...
