I prefer 100mbit which mine rests on, but depending on the size of the server a home cable connection can do, even a 56k could work if you arent servining that many clients

Playing with that command isnt fun, Id suggest using services, if you use anope had one and Im not seeing it on their site. I have a copy of the .c file tho if thats the services you are using. Other services have this module also from what I hear, thats your best bet

Unauthorized connection and the allow block

First off the allow block looks like allow { ip *; hostname *; class clients; maxperip 5; }; I have tried * and *@* for each the ip and hostname, now we get this randomly but its almost always a java client, Yes the listen block is set for java listen IP:6667-6669 { options { clientsonly; java; }; }...

If there are users on the server you host and you shutdown they will be booted off of the network. But yes he would have to download and install Unreal on his computer the easiest way around this is to buy a shell and run your server from there.
