Hi, may I know which unrealircd version are you using? Do note that Neostats' development has been dead over the years.

I would suggest you to use hopm (hybrid's fork of bopm) or unrealircd's built-in blacklist module (unrealircd-4.0.0 or newer only) as a replacement.

Hi, away-notify is an ircv3 extension, using CAP (also an ircv3 extension) as a prerequisite.
