i did have a script for mirc that rehashed all servers with a command "rehashall" or something. but as far as server side. No you can't rehash all servers.

i fail to understand the point? as far as i'm aware whenever a new version update of unreal is released it includes the latest versions of openssl, c-ares, and curl. (could be wrong but it seems more logical then not)...

yeah, i was wondering about that as well. With the many times i've used remote includes i haven't had any problems except with the first dns resolving problem... which of course is a thing of the past... :) so it's must be something you or another oper is doing...,

remote includes... you should create a config file with all the blocks you need... and then host it on some public network... and include it in the unrealircd.conf file on all servers... and then you too will be closer to having a network closer to perfection! :)

SSL is a secure stock layer. It encrypts data between the server and the client... or server to server... It is always a good idea to allow clients the ability to use SSL and it should be a priority linking servers althou most people don't care to use SSL... but it's always good practice to use it...

no, because as far as i'm aware no other features are being added unless a new version of unreal is released.... ie version 3.3 or such... which i haven't seen or heard a coder agree to...

if you only have one ip you should only have one ircd. It is completely useless + pointless attempting to run more than one ircd on the same box .....

just released a stable version of the curlinstall script that can be found Here.

Note: Problem was solved after running latest version of the script. Only changes were the updates in version for curl and c-ares. from 7.12.1 to 7.13.1 for curl, and for c-ares 1.2.0 to 1.2.1.

I've ran the script with the latest version of unreal and found no problems. It has been tested on both Unix and Linux. I just updated the script with the latest versions of c-ares and curl and am now testing it. The problem with either something you are or are not doing or with the operating system...
