[anope 1.7.18] SVSMODE

I've noticed something while running Anope Services with Unreal. It's setting user mode +d on everyone when they connect but it doesnt show as being set in the modes listed in the client. Does it think mode d is something else from the IRCd?

+B (bot mode flag)

I am wondering what this mode does for the bot. Other than displays the bot.motd to the user that has set +B

Private vs Secret

I'm trying to remember the differences between these two channel modes. On some servers private channels do show in a list but the topic isnt viewable. This doesnt seem to be the case on Unreal.

Unreal as a Windows Service

Is there any way to install Unreal as a windows service if this option was NOT chosen when initially installed?

Thanks
