never mind syzop
I've been watching the connects. And the few bots that I have seen that I thought should have been picked up, were even questionable in my mind. The module is on all servers now. Like anything else I install, I want to watch for a week to make sure the settings are right. Thank you very much for thi...

let me watch it a bit more syzop
I have the configs set to gline, and the level set to 5. I might move that down to 4. I also have not seen alot of suppicious connects yet, when the volume picks up a bit more. I'll feel abit better about providing further information.

general question on antirandom module
Does this module look for random idents or random nicks? I loaded the module to 2 of our higher volume servers last night with gline in the config at a level of 5. I was expecting to see some glines this mornin, and didnt. Then I checked the network, and seen one of the random bots hanging out on a ...

hiding oper status question
I have a topic posted in spamfitlers forum about a series of bots that we seem to be getting lately. As a follow up to that topic, which I beleive belongs here. It seems that the number of bot joins cuts way back when I come online. And in that I don't come online at specific times anymore, that mak...

/stats f
I was useing the /stats f to check it. I also used what the /stats f showed when I was trying different variations on the spamfilter. /stats f to make sure it applied network wide. /stats f to cut and paste for delete purposes. /stats f to cut and paste for chaging the syntext a bit. The quote that ...

spamfilter to just block a message
I have a problem with winners that bitch and complain because some off the shelf !seen scripts are showing other networks when the individual that is being asked about has a history of being seen there. It isnt spamming or anything of the sort. But, to shut these bloody people up, I want to put in a...
