noexpire is what you looking for. see the prev url and / or you can google for like "anope chanserv noexpire"

Suratka, you need to set noexpire to the channel which you want to never expire.
persistent channel is a diff thing.

so.. whenever someone connects to your servers, they should set usermode +x to activate the cloaked host. which should be las-* on win10 and lvs-* on debian. the cloak keys should be set and i said, the users should set +x on themselves, or you force them with "modes-on-connect" :) all goo...

syzop, just for the headsup, next version of anope (or even git one now i think) will have unreal as module name, not unreal4 :)
they will drop unreal3.2 too, so they changed (they will, they did? damn tenses :D) the module name to unreal (for v4+).
