you need to set an IP address, especially if its for services. If you are setting up for Services, you want to set the host name to something like 127.0.0.1 if you are placing services perhaps on the same system, or the network IP (not external IP unless your services is located outside of your LAN)...

Erm, i've never used the maintanence utility from MS, but i'mma guess here that if your trying to compile something for linux on windows, its just not gonna work, ya know, especially since that was trying to use the linux file format, or tree directory path, which isn't going to work on windows, sin...

I'm not fully sure what the Operation would Block is, however that sounds like something which might be Firewall related, possibly even SP2 related, I personally don't use SP2, but i've heard horror storries about it and its networking aspect, especially with how many connections it permits regardle...

Already seen it; didn't help... Could you do a port scan? Two things to be sure of, most especially if you've more than one system on that main router. 1) Are you positive you set port forwarding so it will forward all ports on port 6667 to that system running UnrealIRCd, you however don't need to ...
