Here is the error I get when I try to start the server.

Fail to start due to side by side configuration is incorrect.
I have been trying to get unrealircd 4.0 running I have all the latest framework and vis C++ that I need to run it and it still will not start tried re-installing sevral time's and still get the same message. Has anybody any idea what is causing all this ?
