It is a option in ./Config [edit: off by default]

It prevents IP spoofing (Unnessecary on nix I think) and HTTP proxy clone attacks

I have asked about this myself, and think that rather than a module, perhaps a modification of the unreal package itself would be in order. To allow a server argument to be appended to the KLINE command. Or would this be too difficult? I'm no coder

I think that would be a nice official Unreal modification, rather than just a module, I cant see any good reason for including services, and can think of several for Not including Ulined servers

I meant to say, that we should keep this system with one change: People who do not include the o or O flags, but instead list permissions specificly without those flags, would recieve only those permissions.
