Cool. I never knew that. I think you can't encrypt it becouse Unreal IRCd wont be able to access the SSL data.
I'm not sure but thats what I think. It should however be encrypted for other USERS outside the server.

I think a problem that can accour, is when using diffrent passwords.

If USA have a diffrent send/receive password than UK have. :S

I'm not even sure I'm right about this part. But I think if servers are connected to each other like a chain. For an example: USA servers are connected in this order -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. And EU servers connected the same way. If server 2 crashes then I think server 3 to 5 will have a split. I think it ...

There is no Zero there. hahaha. Stupid me. *slap my self*

Eeeeww.. Well.. It should start on 1 as always. I'm sorry for this stupid mistake. Won't happen again.

I'm not sure if you jumped over from nummeric 3 directly to 100.
Try changing 100 to 4 instead.

Also. The first server ALWAYS needs to be number 0 = zero
