You may even choose to use UUDP resources for the official docs? Then of course, there will be 'what-if's like, what to do if you are getting DDOSed, how service...

Ok, IRC really already has methods to supress our free speech. Kicks, bans, etc. This is necessary for sanity. (Abusive, etc) but a /CLEAR would be nothing but abuse. At least things can be said before a /kick or /mode #thelounge +b w00t but a /clear would take away that right. Besides, how would it...
