No, trust me, we have users from all over the place. SwiftIRC is a big network. Having the join mode too low won't be good either because of the idiots on Swiftswitch pressing the Help button a million times going "WHY ISN'T A HELP SCREEN COMING UP?!!?" which makes them keep joining/partin...

Stealth: I know that. I was saying, have it shun users and they can read /admin, where it would say that they had to agree and if they do they get un-shunned.

Congradulations Darwin :).

One thing though, if some oper kills your NetAdmin, you will know that it's a bad oper and will deoper them. If they can't kill, one less way you can tell how good your opers are...

lol. If you want someone to stop connecting... Do a G/K:line, or a GZ/Z:Line lol. OR! Shun them and incorporte something about your agreements in /admin, seeing as /admin is the only command a shunned user can do.

You can't force someone to be +B. What if they are just a bot in your channel but normal user in others? I wouldn't like people going around setting +B or any usermode on me :shock:

Why the hell would you want that? Then no one could register the channel :|. Anope has /cs forbid :| and there is also forbid channel in unrealircd.conf
