Yup got to agree , If your local is fine and net is fritzy then its either ISP or router . Dont know why but cheap routers have a habit of dropping the line . From what I can figure out its to do with the isp changing ip addy .

Go to line 243 and look at the lines above and below for the error . In my config 243 appears in my operblocks section so your error is likely in there somewhere .

I had all sorts of errors compiling until I installed the full MS Vis studio , From what I can remember the toolkit alone wont do it .

/ctcp NICK version ought to do what you want :) works on my mirc scripts .

Change your /version alias to /uversion .

That ought to shift it ;)

removing the listen block completely is well real dumb , just remove the ssl option . As for us doing it lol how does no sound ? Go read the docs .

I use courtroom on my system and I stayed at 3.2.2b which it still works on . I may have the nix distri of that version here somewhere but as stated its not supported anymore.

Simple stop your users creating channels . problem solved ;) . I had a similar problem and I locked my server to official channels only . If someone wants a room now they see an admin . Looks like your trying to mod the source code and that isnt supported . Nobody here will help you mod the source code . Not even sure if what you wanted could be coded into a module either tbh . Time to wait for a more informed opinion from the mods or admins methinks .

So you want to stop ircops setting +O (only ircops can join chan) If so try using set::restrict-channelmodes <modes> although this can be overidden by services with mlock . Alternatively tell your ops to stop setting +O on chans . If they ignore you then they arent worth having as ops and you should...
