BOPM isnt that perfect and there may be innocent kills. Add them to the exempt block, so they dont get banned again!

At the time I went online on your server I fixed the BOPM. It's running on one server where a 'dj_denis' is the owner of. I set his BOPM to scan the whole network. Even if he's so kind to give one to you, it won't work without modifying it yourself with your 'personal' server information.
Also I think as a Network Administrator or whatever you do around on IRC, you should be able to do a config file yourself.

If the BOPM is running on the same box as where the UnrealIRCd is coming from, use 127.0.0.1 as IP address.
