Dio, yes it is possible - the likely hood of finding someone to make this (for free) is very slim, however the coders or expereniced others may do it for a fee :)

Thats what i was getting at with the server side aliases. Which with UnrealIRCd 3.2.5 you can alias normal commands. its also possible to do this with allow blocks, but they would get messy after a while and i certainly agree that those 2 modules would take care of all and any of ur needs :)
