Hassankhalid this appears to be an issue with NeoStats and not Unreal. Also what exactly happens when NeoStats reaches out to the IRCd? Are there any errors in your log file for Unreal?

Well the easiest thing to do would be to run it as an admin correct? Right click Unreal.exe while holding down the shift key. click "Run-as" and put the administrator name/password in there.

right click my computer, properties, advanced, environment variables. Make sure TEMP and TMP are both there and that the directory for each exists.

Not only that but this is the second time he's done it... there's a thread dated from just a few days ago with pretty much the same stuff... I don't think he realizes that no one really missed/knows who he is.

open your services.conf file. Look for NSDef. if NSDefAutoop is there but has a # infront of it remove it. If it's not with the list of everything else add it and type /operserv reload.

I'm guessing you're using Anope? If you are you need to make sure NSDefAutoop is uncommented and type /nickserv set autoop on.

Stealth I did that and it made it so that almost no one could connect instead of forcing a timeout for a users information to be resolved. It also blocked users from connecting whose name normally resolves.

Removing .IP

How can I set it so that your hostname has to resolve before you can connect to the server? IE making it so that .IP's can no longer connect.
