Are you sure bopm isnt catching these addys ? . I had a problem with proxies from sympatico and cox and when I installed bopm it klined each connect immediately. Check bopm for error logs on the scans .

Right which services are you using ? . Check there for errors . Most will have their own log file . If its connecting up to unreal correctly then I suspect the services package isnt set up correctly . Does unreal show the services being squit or dc'd ? .

Dont think thats possible but you can disable the prefixes . Whats the problem with +q anyway ? .

I restrict users from creating channels themselves so they dont get +q . I give them +a through the chanserv access level .

irc.foonet.com , hmmm maybe changing the default settings may help you out . If your server isnt closing the link you may not have ulined it or set its link block correctly. The last version I have is IRC Services 5.0.44 is there a newer windows port available ? .
