2: This shouldn't be needed if only opers can create channels, but if you still want it that would be a services restriction and not Unreal.

DCC sending only uses the IRC server to send the send/receive request between the users, the rest is done with direct connections between the users themselves without the server (hence D irect C lient (to) C lient). Looks like you've got something in your configuration that Unreal does not like. Please give us some information: How many lines does your conf have? Are you using any 3rd party modules? Have you modified Unreal in any way? What Linux distribution/version are you running? Have you tried to recompile...

Your Debian host should have an SSH server that you may connect to and log in from for command-line access. You're being disconnected because there is a very large amount of G:Lines on the server. What is happening is the server is trying to send too much information to your client and thinks it is a flood.

Try increasing class:sendq for your class.
