This sounds like it'd be an issue with Anope, so I'm moving it to the Services forum. The first thing I would suggest checking and doing would be the interval that Anope is saving the databases. Looks like you've got something in your configuration that Unreal does not like. Please give us some information: How many lines does your conf have? Are you using any 3rd party modules? Have you modified Unreal in any way? What Linux distribution/version are you running? Have you tried to recompile...

You're being disconnected because there is a very large amount of G:Lines on the server. What is happening is the server is trying to send too much information to your client and thinks it is a flood.
Try increasing class:sendq for your class.
