No idea, i've never had to use it. me either. The setup works well as it is for if a hub went down, but when one comes back it seems ALL the servers split once before they are satisfied with the link. It's not terriable, but say 5 mins after a hub comes back up all hell brakes loose until its relin...

Dual Hub/Leaf Network Link Problems (Colliding)
Well i run a network with 8 servers. 2 of the servers act as a hub and a leaf, as we have no technical hub. The idea was if one of the hubs went down for any reason, all servers would then be able to link back up immediately with the second hub to restore the network. I have it setup so that the 2 h...

Well... I think they need some more information. Sounds like a wierd issue. Are you running more than 1 server linked? Are all the servers running the same unreal version? Have you rehashed each server, and done a stats f on them to make sure each server has the same spamfilter? I wouldnt think it n...

Re: IRCServices Support Channel
Ok, given the wonderful ( :? ) success of this site, I decided that it might be a good idea to establish an IRC channel to aid IRCServices. Being a modest person, I wondered which network to use, then picked my own :p (%) ChanServ changes topic to 'IRCServices support channel! | IRCServices homepag...

I would not consider not using SSL when linking servers. I agree. Setting up SSL on mIRC is very quick and easy. As for other clients, most in my experience do have SSL support one way or another. Where I the same as the other posters will still join a non SSL network, I always use SSL if I know it...

Example +P oCAaN. And does it work for local operators? I'm gonna test it out so we will see. :P [Ed...

Oper Flags & Levels do not give correct permissions.
Ok, well I hope you guys don't make me look stupid for this one, but I am totally stumped. As I have said before (heh) I have read the UnrealIRCd Documentation, and am following it closely and referencing it for the problem I am experiencing. Some of my opers have complained that they are unable to ...
