Max Clients concern
I just got this Notice and don't really understand it: *** Notice -- Maximum connections: 10 (9 clients) My little network is new, but I've had a higher count than 10 on it. Will someone please tell me what this setting means: maxclients 10; Don't beat me up guys; I'm just trying to learn. Thanks.

Yes, I added them that way. I've been messing with so many files and commands that I just now saw that I was adding these two guys as netadmin in the Oper block. I removed that. Is there something i put there for IRCop, like maybe "ircop"? Just wondering.

I'm new to this and may have given the IRCop flags the wrong way. I first did them using /msg operserv umode user flags. But I undid all of that and then added them like this: /msg operserv oline user flags. It did set them to IRCop as intended. I hope this was the fix. Am learning as I go.
