Looking for someone with phpbb experience

Situation
I'm currently spending too much of my "Unreal time" on all kinds of issues, instead of being able to code. Hence, I'm trying to outsource as much as I can. I don't want to spend any more time on tweaking phpBB software, I want to code Unreal.. :P
The job
These forums are plauged by spammers, it would be nice if someone could do something about this. Such as (non-standard) image verification on registration, and other anti-spam mods (like maybe a spamfilter?) that can make our life easy.
You would also have to deal with the usual phpBB upgrades.
Requirements
The person we are looking for:
- has prior experience with phpBB, not just as an admin on the forums, but also experience with phpBB upgrades
- has prior experience with installing phpBB MODs
- is someone we can trust
- is someone with sufficient time for phpBB upgrades, installing mods, maybe doing some other tweaks. This specificly excludes people that only upgrade 2 weeks after phpBB released a security fix causing our board to be defaced ;P
