Forums now for both U4 and U5

The existing "UnrealIRCd 4" support forums are now for "UnrealIRCd 4 and UnrealIRCd 5".
Previously with UnrealIRCd 3.2.x we split up the forums in a 3.2.x and 4.x section, but that was mainly because the configuration file had so many changes which sections and settings renamed (a lot of them).
This is not the case with 4.x and 5.x, the configuration file is very similar with only 2 or 3 breaking changes. UnrealIRCd 5.x just adds new features (and settings). So I simply renamed the forums to "UnrealIRCd 4 and UnrealIRCd 5". Of course, this also means it is now even more important that you mention which UnrealIRCd version you are using when posting a question or problem!
