auto-locking old forum threads

I have enabled auto-locking of forum threads after 90 days on all forums (except the 3rd party modules forum).
Nearly always when someone posts to an old thread this is wrong. It should be in a new forum thread because often it is using different configuration, different software version or even a completely different problem or cause.
In case you wonder, the "3rd party modules" forum is an exception because we often use 1 forum thread for each module (at the moment, anyway). At that place, forum threads behave a bit like if it are subforums for each module.
