oke my IRC working fine only problem is when someone trayed to make a channel he gets

-ChanServ- You must be a channel operator to register the channel.

how's that??

And it's like that with ALL services (Anope, IRC Services, etc). It's a designed feature.

The reasons behind this are pretty obvious...

If the person or bot already in the room, tell them leave the room for few mins and then you /hop (mirc command only) or /cycle (BitchX command) you'll get opped back and registering into chanserv database..
