error when trying to run anope for windows

It says cygwin.dll file cannot be found. i have cygwin/dll on my computer

Anope no longer supports the cygwin version of their services, you can get the native win32 version from their web site which is more up to date and doesn't require any additional dlls (except mysql if you want sql)

Yes the link you were given was to the Anope download page, it offers if you read two precompiled versions, one with sql and one without sql.

Funny how the last column reads '32-bit Windows' for 2 of them. I'd have thought that was a dead giveaway.. but shrug..
