Want to know if there´s a way to force ppl to join certain channels after they identify to nickserv. Obviosly i want them to join different channels depending on who they are and i don´t want this to be editable by the users.

Hi. There's no way to do so based on the circumstances you desire, using either the ircd, or services.

The closest you can come to that is to have users autojoin a specific channel based on what server they're connecting to, requiring:

set { auto-join "#chan1,#chan2,#etc"; };

on each server, in the unrealircd.conf.
