you appear to be having this same discussion on anope's boards . They say its doesnt work well on win 9x/me . Try a services package that will or upgrade your os to nt/2k/xp .
Yawn. So there's yet another "if the user clicks the button, they're infected" exploit. Why is this news? We already know users are idiots.
i am using windows xp and develepmont version of anope. I need to make a services.conf file but i am missing tons of things! Can you give me an example of ur's? I get this error:

Just read it.
It is not messy.
No one else's will be any shorter.
If you don't want to take the time to read it and configure Anope, don't run Anope because you need to know how to configure it to use it. Reading the docs are a requirement, not only for Unreal, but for anything.
Read the example and learn something, or don't run services.

When using /ns, do you not get the reply? If so, check the set::services-server setting.
