Another thing please: "Unknown Network"

Hi. It's me again, came up with another problem.

It seems that whenever I use this character -> ' <- in my commands like "/os kick #channel nickname You've been a bad boy" i get this message:

irc.myserver.com You - Unknown Network

I tested with Anope 1.7.13 and can not reproduce the error

Ah... I got it now.

I use mIRC 6.16, but I have a psyBNC connected to the network that I use.

After all, it's not a network error or a services bug. It is because of the bouncer.
