is that possible that i create one channel and if someone reg his nick or create a channel chanserv or nickserv will post it on the channel i created? or someone op their selves or what they do with services is that possible?

wich services are you using (include version!)

normal users can't op themselves, or am i just dumb ? :roll:

channel owners/etc "can" (/cs op blablabla)

to log messages like that, u can use anope services,
in services.conf edit this line,

# LogChannel <channel> [OPTIONAL]
#
# When defined, services will output log messages to this channel.
# IMPORTANT: This can be a security risk so make certain this channel
# is sufficiently protected from normal access.

LogChannel "#anope"

then in the conf are also other options to define what u want to be
logged... like logbot..
and then, register the channel, make it so a normal user cant enter,
or vice versa, once connected to the server,
/msg operserv set logchan on
