I'm using the Windows version of UnrealIRCd and I have no clue how to install Anope services with it. I already downloaded the Anope Windows version but I don't know what to do next.

when i add new Services root admin, do i have to restart services all the time or is there any command to rehash or ... ?

Issue solved on his network.

Use /msg Operserv reload to rehash the services.conf
