Too many unknown connections from your IP

Has anyone run into this problem? I have a few eggdrop's that I use also on the box that maintains anope; Ive checked "at least I think i did"..


This particular problem has me very baffled ; I thought I removed all client connection and server connection limits. I have ie. denope, neostats, and some egg's also connecting ... any ideas?

Type /lusers and you will see something like "Unknown Connection(s): <number>"

That tells you there are that many connection which HAVEN'T sent NICK, USER (and optionally PASS) to connect.

To close those, as an oper type /quote close or /raw close (depending on your client)
