I have just turned xOP off as I was in need of auto-voice on our server, I was wondering if anyone here had a tutorial on using access levels and such?

This should really be in the services forum as xOP has nothing to do with UnrealIRCd.

Anyway for the help you need see "/msg ChanServ help levels desc" and "/msg ChanServ help levels" and the level for everyone depends on which version of Anope you're using.
