This will depend of which services package you have, Anope and Epona allow for multiple SRA's where IRCServices does not.

Your syntax is correct for Anope/Epona, but it requires a services restart after you save your changes to the config as SRA's are not (un)loaded with a rehash/reload.

no, the name of the directive must remain the same. You can only change the part in quotes "name name2 name3".
