Can i make my own network in Linux ubuntu ? if yes, plz give me link about it.. I tried to make my own network but it says "irc.dangerx.net : Could not resovlve hostname" plz plz help me.

Did you register the domain name "dangerx.net" with a domain name registra like godaddy or namecheap?

You'll need to buy a domain in order to use it. Just naming your server "irc.dangerx.net", won't make it yours. (As Jobe said; godaddy or namecheap is a place to buy one)
Another option is to get a free "domain" at websites like no-ip.org.
