BotServ Access Denied.

...And also why is it when i create a bot and assign it to my channel i try to you commands for like, fantasy commands ect... I get a "Access Denied". 
This has absolutely nothing to do with Unreal IRCd. Moved and split because you asked 2 different questions, both are neither related to each other or to Unreal. Please keep your posts to 1 thread per topic.

Now .. to answer your question. You have to be on the channels access list and identified to NickServ to use fantasy commands. Being an IRCop/admin doesn't grant you access to everything. Channel founders choose whom can access channel functions, not IRCops/admins.
