Users not getting +a, +q

Hey everyone. Hope someone can help. Just got Unreal 3.2 RC2 installed and have tried two different flavors of services (ircservices and anope). Neither gives me the desired ~ and & prefixes for founder or sops when the user joins the channel. They do get +o. The prefixes do work, as I can set these modes manually, but chanserv does not automatically set them.

I've checked the levels for autoprotect (+a) against the access list for users and everything seems fine.

Any ideas?

Forgot to mention, I do have the fix for RC2 installed.

Did you forget to add the name of the Services server to the ulines block?
