For unreal 3.2 I this message -BotServ- Bot Idents may only contain 9 characters. Is there anyway to extend the characters length?
That would be a services question, like for anope (or whatever you use). Not UnrealIRCd.
Also, not related to this but you should upgrade to UnrealIRCd 4.x
