It's an annoying one : get in, who, part, spam or something like that, so that the spamfilter doesn't hide the join of the bots on the main channels ...

That URL redirects to a GeoCities account which hosts those files. The files are JavaScript code that downloads and launches an exe (I could not detect what virus the exe was). I've contacted GeoCities and hopefully they will close the account.
