1) a Drone Bot is a general term to refer to bots in big botnets that do bad... (flood, ddos, etc)
Usually the "Drone Bot" term is used in its plural form, "Drones" or "Drone Bots", and usually used to refer to thousands or ten thousands of bots in one big botnet. (think about 30,000 bot connecting to your server, then joining a channel, and even if they each only sent one message, that would be 30,000 messages....)

2) Defender, SecureServ.

Hey, for "defender", check http://www.ircdefender.org/ - The website contains sufficient information on how to get it going.

SecureServ is a module for NeoStats. Check http://www.neostats.net/ for information on both NeoStats and SecureServ.

Nothing a google search wouldn't have told you ;).
All spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and stupid comments are intentional.
