Hey im trying to stop spam bots with nicks like kj_/][f][ but im not sure if spam filter can do target on connect so if any user/spam bot connects with a nick like that they are auto killed if any one knows i way please reply ps.. if yous know any other usefull ways of dealing with spammer please drop a message thanks

Spamfilter is for blocking spam, i.e. text in messages, not for blocking nicknames. You'd use ban nick {} for that.

BTW, ban nick {} is only local. To do something like this globally, you would need services.
If you use Epona/Anope services, look at the OperServ SQLINE command.

If you use IRC Services, you'll have the same thing (if you loaded the operserv/sline module).
