/stats f responses [done]

Post by seraphim »

The /stats f response is like this:
f types 0 123 456 reason...

And now i want to know what the first number, 0, means.

the 2nd is the time its set and the 3rd is the tkltime.

And what is the difference between f and F ?
at the scheme of z and gzline it may is:
f: local on the server (so an entry at the Servers config)
F: global, set by an operator

is it right?

An "f" represents a spamfilter added to the unrealircd.conf for that server and is therefore as you guessed a local spamfilter and an "F" represents a spamfilter added with the /spamfilter command which is therefore a global spamfilter.

The first 0, as in the case of a /stats G or any other TKL listing is how long the TKL has before it expires. In this case spamfilters are all permanant until removed so a 0 is placed for that param.

As for the second number, the same applies with the same value of other TKL's, it is in fact the number of seconds the spamfilter (in this case) has been active.

I'm pretty sure that, without messing with server protocol, you can't change that 0. And even with it, it may not be designed to work that way and just ignore it, etc. I'm too lazy to RTFS, ATM.

An oper cannot edit the config in any way, including that, from the server, (except addline, but you still cant delete stuff with that).
Why the hell can't my signature be empty?
