need the regex for the overused joke of "in soviet russia, SOMETHERE HERE ACTION HERE you"

The something here and action here changes all the time but i dont want it triggering on a legit conversation about soviet russia

Can you give us an actual example (or 3) so that we have an idea of how it goes? makes it kind of hard to figure out a spam filter with limited input.

Just curious... Why do you want to control what people say on your network? If it's over-used in your channels, just ban them from the channel :)

Instead of globally blocking text just because one person requested it, you could try to load the m_textban module, which would give channel ops the ability to ban whatever text they want.
