It's easier to set up an BOPM as almost all get detected by using the most common blacklists

Example:
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> Checking '200.195.111.18' for open proxies on all scanners
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 does not appear in BL zone *
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 does not appear in BL zone *
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 does not appear in BL zone *
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 does not appear in BL zone *
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 does not appear in BL zone *
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 appears in BL zone dnsbl.swiftbl.net (IRC Proxy)
(15:50:07) <Proxy*> CHECK -> DNSBL -> 200.195.111.18 appears in BL zone dnsbl.dronebl.org (HTTP Proxy)
(15:50:10) <Proxy*> CHECK -> OPEN PROXY 200.195.111.18:3128 (HTTP) [default]
(15:50:16) <Proxy*> CHECK -> All tests on 200.195.111.18 completed.
