Could anyone of you please help me how come I add Ascii character on spamfilter. See the full name '“”' I want to know how to add it.

Appreciate if anyone help me with it.

copy-paste it? or type it? or use charmap?
Unreal really doesn't care much about high-ascii characters, it should accept all of them just fine in spamfilters.

yes copy pasted it. i looked for it. Its ascii character $asc(147). need to know how to add cuz its shows different on mirc.
