You should read the documentation and get comfortable with the configuration file format.

Use the example.conf as a starting point and read the documentation for every block you insert / modify in your configuration file.

I did look at the help files and the cofig file that came with it, and it is not telling me nothing.

Thank you for the help, and I will try to pay some one to do this.
I am busy with the radio station.
And working my main job.

I have been working on this for 12 weeks now. And I have Server 2003,
that I am putting this on.

And the services that I tried to use, Anope - Windows version and
IRCServices - Windows version dose not work on Server 2003.

If you cannot find any services that run on Windows 2003 Server, you can get VMware (costs $'s) and either run an older version of windows, or *nix. This may solve your problem, but I do not know how stable services would be running in VMware.

Can you post your link block sans password?

seems to me that you've not followed the example properly and have a syntax error.

Oh,. make sure you include line 310 (where your error starts)
