Nick Collision Issues

I have 3 servers linked to my network all running Unreal3.2.3 backed by a FreeBSD (Stable+Latest Version) and we are having nick collision problems... I have read the docs etc. etc. and I can't find anywhere where it explicitly states the proper use of TSCTL.

server1 TStime=1111457497 time()=1111457497 TSoffset=0
server2 TStime=1111457627 time()=1111457627 TSoffset=0
server3 TStime=1111457620 time()=1111457627 TSoffset=-7

I have no idea how to tell what this means and/or how many seconds they are off and which ones are off. Can someone please help me, the reason I brought up the TSCTL is because i'm thinking that the nick collisions are being cause by the time differences.

Thanks is advance.

Playing with that command isnt fun, Id suggest using services, if you use anope had one and Im not seeing it on their site. I have a copy of the .c file tho if thats the services you are using. Other services have this module also from what I hear, thats your best bet

Use NTPd to synch your clocks, that's the best way.
