i have always some connections like:

does anyone know, from what or where that this is?

is it a new feater from unrealircd?

i have unrealircd3.2rc2

No, that's no feature of UnrealIRCd...
Maybe you should mail the livenet.ch guys and ask them what exactly they are doing on your network?

Looks like some kind of stats bot of them... although there's nothing on their page (wtf is that site anyway?)...

Or you could just Kline/Gline *.livenet.ch, if it bothers you
