I would like to know is /dccdenied is a global mode or local mode. If i made a /dccdenied filename.extension on a HUB, can that file be transferred (DCC) by any user to user which booth connected to difference leaf server.
hub - set dccdenied
leaf1 - user 1 sending denied file to user 2
leaf2 - user 2 connected to this server
can user one successfully transfer that file to user 2? or not.

deny dcc {} blocks are local only.
However, spamfilter has the ability to block some files and can be applied globally.

He is talking about the command /dccdeny.
I think with the command it is global, but I am not sure. The docs should be more clear on this.

I didn't think you can /dccdeny filenames, just users.
EDIT: nvm... why was I thinking you could dccdeny users :/ .

i can do like;
/dccdenied movie.exe This Is A Reason.
and using /stats F on the server i got this result.
d h o movie.exe File Infected with virus
End of /STATS report
but i have no idea if it is local or global.

Ok...
That is local. If you want to block a file globally, you must use spamfilter:
/spamfilter add d block - This_Is_A_Reason movie\.exe
Alternatively, you may be able to use services, since unreal provides a way for services to add a dccdeny globally.
